Two vertical support posts are rectangular up to the level of the reel axle and then turned (round) up to the top cross bar. Under each support posts is a foot running perpendicular with two horizontal spacers stabilizing the base. The axle between the support posts holds a reel consisting of three sets of arms with horizontal bars. On the left post is a clock face with Roman numerals and gears above it, a handle is attached on the right-hand side.
